I am using WooCommerce with the Sendinblue extension in order to enable customers to subscribe to a newsletter during checkout.

I want to capture the user language through customer attributes (apparently, that’s the only way to do it using the Sendinblue extension). However, I can only select default customer attributes.

How to add new customer attributes? I tried the to add new attributes through the “Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce” without success.

    Hello,

I tried the to add new attributes through the “Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce” without success.

To clarify, are you using Checkout Field Editor to create a custom field on the checkout page?

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Yes

Some of the information here is confidential. Can you tell me what sections you are specifically interested in so I can publish a stripped version?
