Adding webstore site to admin panel

  • Hi,
    I have a working multisite setup in my wordpress where i have three different blogs. I can admin this blogs from the multisite dashboard.
    But before I set ut the multisite i also had a webstore installed in the root directory.
    I only have one database so all sites and the webstore are sharing the same database. But for logging in to the webstore I have to log in from its own dashboard.
    Should I try to add the webstore to the subsite admin as it uses the same database, or can I leave it as is working today?

    The folders in my root dir. look like this:
    Webstore
    Wp-admin
    Wp-content\upload\sites (where my three blogs is)
    Wp-includes

    I suggest you to leave it as it is right now. If it is necessary to add it to the admin subsite, I strongly suggest you to add the site to the multisite but test first in a dev environment.
