Adding Watermarks

I have updated to the latest and am still getting this issue. Every time I set the watermark settings and then hit save I am taken to an error page on my site and it would appear that the watermark is never implemented. Can someone please help me here. My site is https://www.tucman.com.

@sewardj1011 – Do you have a specific page or post where you are using NextGEN Gallery? As is, it appears there may be something blocking something blocking some of NextGEN Gallery’s JavaScript and/or CSS from being rendered.

Also, what message is being displayed on the error page you are getting?

Ok so I have some more detail on this now. I just tried everything again and I have noticed that the watermark settings dont even seem to be applied. Every time I click Save after putting in the settings I want I am brought to a page that says “Error 404 – Not Found”. I am simply trying to apply a text watermark. Are there any known issues with this functionality?

@sewardj1011 – There is no “known” issue with Watermarks per se, but there could be an issue as indicated by the 404 error when you try to save them.

You may need our external Reset Tool plugin to sort this out. Please send us a Bug Report (https://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) with your site specifics so we can get this file out to you.
