• I’ve tried to upload videos from our CDN, Bunny.net, without success.

We get a “Sorry, cannot add the url” message.

Is there a way around this?

    Thank in advance.

    Hi,

The plugin allows adding media from sites that support oembed or the url must point to the media file directly.
Can you please share me a sample link to allow me check the issue.

    Thank you

    Thanks for replying,

    This is an example:

    https://iframe.mediadelivery.net/play/141146/78935d09-92c0-45f7-9283-2f85479eb5e5

When I try to add that link, all I get is a “Sorry, can not add the url” message.

The file is accessible as we don’t have any limitations regarding blocked domains or token auth.

    Thanks in advance

    Hi,

Thank you for the reply and the url. I am sorry, MediaPress will not be able to parse that url. For a non oembed supported url(direct file link), It checks the file extension which is not available, so it will not work with this url.

I am sorry for the inconvenience.

    Regards

    Brajesh
