Adding Video to ThinkUpSlider – ThinkUpThemes Grow

  • Hi, I’m working with the ThinkUpSlider in the Grow theme. I have carefully followed the directions to add a video, but can not get it to play in the “Standard” option. The video will play fine in the “Video on Right” and “Video on Left” options. Videos on my server and on Youtube work in those options. When I set it for “Standard” I just get the mask and text or the .jpg. I can’t make the video play.

    Video is 13mb at 720 px wide and I have put .mp4, .webm, and .jpg online and linked properly to them. Am I missing a button?
