Adding video to main page

I created a profile page for the video player, but I wanted to show the vidoe player also on my main index page. So I created a custom page and then included the page into my main page using php. But the player is not pulling on the other videos, it only shows the most recent video.
Is there another method to putting the player in my index.php page?
