Adding variations makes price change to zero

  • I am facing the issue whch makes price to zero if I add price to variations.
    However if I bulk update the regular price it updates to correct value. But if I change price according to variation, all variation price changes to zero.

    I have tried updating the php memory limit but did not fix.
