Adding variations at checkout?

What exactly do you mean by that? Force-adding a product to the cart, or displaying it as a cross-sell?

Like at checkout make it where it says something like “Add wrist band for 2$?”

Well, it’s possible, but you would need to edit the checkout template yourself, are you familiar with PHP?

You can use the “[add_to_cart_url id=your_product’s ID]” shortcode on the checkout page (you can access it via your dashboard -> Pages -> Checkout). The rest i.e. styling etc. is up to you ??
