• Is there a way to add some code to make the message on the popup include the variation alongside the product title? For example instead of it just saying 2 x Polo Sweater added to the cart’ it would say ‘2 x Polo Sweater – Red’. So when the next variation is chosen (example blue) the message would reflect that by saying ‘2 x Polo Sweater – Blue added to cart’.

Because if you are selecting more than one variation attribute and the product quantity is the same, you can’t really tell if it has added the second product as the message remains ‘2 x Polo Sweater added’. You then have to check your cart to be sure the other variation was added.

Your Added To Cart Popup shows the variation so I don’t undertsand why the message on the Quick View doesn’t do the same! I’ve tried seraching for the code used in the Added to Cart widget so I can try and add it in the Quick View but I can’t find where it is located. Any clue?

Do you ever plan on adding this feature to future updates? I realise these free plugins are just used to encourage people to buy the Premium versions but it won’t encourage people if the free ones are lacking the basics.

    Hi there,
that message is not customized by the plugin, it’s the one showed by default by WooCommerce.
The plugin just show inside a popup a preview of the product, the added to cart message is not something that plugin manage.
Instead, you find this in YITH Added to Cart because it’s a plugin that manage this feature of WooCommerce.
We remain at your disposal for any additional question.
