    My website has AutomatorWP (FREE version) installed, with Site connected with Zoom successfully in settings.

    Zoom is in Pro plan (Meeting).

    Zoom Meeting’s registration checkbox is enabled.

    When a guest purchases a product, AutomatorWP has logged that the user has been added to Zoom meeting, with error logs as follows:

    Meeting ID: <blank>

    Registrant ID: <blank>

    Join URL: <blank>

    Result: <blank>

    Could not add registrant to meeting, error received: Meeting is not found or has expired.

    How do I fix this?

    Hi @limjimmy ,

    Can you make sure the meeting is active?

    Please check that you have saved the action (so that the fields are saved) and then updated the automation.

    Could you elaborate on the meeting is active?

    The Zoom meeting, that is selected in the Automation action, is scheduled to be on a day in April 2023 . Does that count as an active meeting?

    Thanks for your reply.

    AutomatorWP checks if the meeting is active. Being scheduled, Zoom is not considering it as an active meeting.
