Hi! I’m trying to add the multi page registration form to my wordpress page. I copied the shortcode and pasted it onto the page. When I view the page, I see this: Require Useremail field

That is the only text showing on the page. Can you point me in the direction of fixing this issue?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Thanks for contacting us. As per your information on the issue it seems that you are not using proper syntax of short code.

Please make sure that replace “x” with Group ID in [PM_Registration type=”multipage” ID=”x”] short code and you can get the Group ID from Group Manager.

If the issue still persists you need to add at least one email field in “Custom Field Manager”.

Let us know if you still have any issues.

    Thank You.

I am glad I found this thread, but I wish I had looked for it yesterday before I spent most of a day trying to figure it out! :o{ I was getting the same “Require Useremail field” error which is completely misleading and sends you on a wild goose chase futzing with the fields. Oh, well. it seems to be working now. There are some other issues, however, which I will bring up in another post or contact.

Meanwhile, it might be helpful to add a note to the shortcodes page explaining about replacing the [x] with the group ID #.

    Tks.

    Rex
