Adding user groups

    I am using WordPress for a mixture of purposes and need to be able to categorise users. I have searched the plug ins but don’t seem to be able to find what I need. It could be that I’m being blind and missing the plugin I need. What I’m looking for is something that gives me additional grouping for example a location group so I could list

    All subscribers from Scotland
    or
    All contributors from Scotland
    or
    All users from Scotland

    Can anyone point me in the right direction?
