Adding user email request to sidebar

  • I would like to add an email request box in my sidebar so when I add a new post to my blog a registered user will receive notification of my post.
    Can someone help me as to how I can add. I am sort of new to HTML and CSS so detailed step-by-step would be needed.

  • That won’t work the way you described it. Look for a plugin “subscribe2” (if I remember well).
