Adding url in the description brakes the form

    Hello. I have a registration form and i have some privacy policy links that every user should accept before applying.
    When i try to add the links in the description it tries to save the form and it crashes. All the fields dissapear and you lose the form completely. When you have no url, everything is fine.
    I tried to add an escaped version of the links and it only shows it as text, no html, no link (but it doesn’ t crash!).
    Is there anything i can do here?

    Thanks for writing in,

    Since this issue is not being replicated in our testing sites and seems very unique issue to us, this might be a plugin conflict. Would you please check once?
    For this, deactivate all the plugins except User Registration and then see if the issue occurs or not. If not, activate the plugins one by one to know the faulty one and let us know the result.
