Adding tracking info not working

    When adding tracking info on an order and clicking “Save Tracking” it just spins. Before clicking, the order also shows this error: “Failed to retrieve shipping label refund status: Unexpected server error.” Not sure why.

    Hi @andyotto,

    This error – “Failed to retrieve shipping label refund status: Unexpected server error.” is not with our plugin. You are using some shipping label plugin and its related to it.

    Maybe you have a conflict with some another plugin. Try to deactivate all other plugins except the AST and WooCommerce and check again with adding tracking information.
