adding top bar

    Hi …
    I am using confit theme with left menu bar and no topbar.
    Now i want to add a ribbon on topbar with contact us link inside something like green riboon in below pic with contactus page link inside and tel number

    Could you please tell me about coding or way to add this ribbon on top of my site.
