    Adding to cart or changing the variation size or colour site wide results in console errors and prevents my side cart from opening

    I checked your site and confirm that the JS errors are being caused by the LiteSpeed Caching plugin you are using.

    To confirm, could you please disable this plugin and try checking out again to see if the issue persists? I believe this guide on how to configure caching plugins for WooCommerce could be of help here as well.

    If it does, I would suggest running a full conflict test to see if any other plugin or theme is conflicting with the checkout functionality.
