Adding Ticker to Header

  • Hello,

    I am using the siteOrigin corp theme for building this site. We are using the Ditty News Ticker to create the ticker for the site. We want to add the ticker to the header so it scrolls with the page and shows properly on each page. I have already worked with siteOrigin support for options to achieve this. They recommended using the “WP Widget in Navigation” plugin. That plugin is currently active and with the Ditty News Ticker added, however, it does not show up on the header. I had siteOrigin take a look at it as well and they said it was properly set up and recommended reaching out here for more support.

    If anyone can provide ideas to solve this problem that would be great.

    It looks like you have the issue resolved? I am seeing a scrolling ticker moving below your menu.

    That ticker is not attached to the header and is currently our temporary solution. The header is set as a sticky header and the ticker does not stay with the header. We want it to be a part of the header so it shows up the same way on each page and the ticker can be seen at all times. If you look at the “Events” page currently there is no ticker.

    Hopefully, this helps clarify our question.
