Adding the shortcode causes page to go blank

Hi,

I downloaded your plugin, but when I go to put the short code in any page or post using either the button or copy and paste, it causes the entire page to go completely blank after I update the changes. If I remove the code and update changes again, then I can view the page again and everything is back to normal. Why is it doing this and how do we fix it?
