• The email confirmation that is sent to the seller after a sagepay transaction (using the sagepay jigoshop addon) has been made comes through OK apart from it misses out the actual product details. Instead it says:

    Your customer bought: Description

    Anyone know how I can get the product to show instead of the word ‘Description’. It’s possible to find out by logging into wordpress but ideal it comes through on the email. There’s a space for it so guess it should say it!

    are you using sagepage direct, sagepage form, or sagepage go plugin? in newest version?

    we’re using WP version 3.7.1
    Jigoshop version 1.6.8
    and Straight Forward SagePay Form Gateway For JigoShop version 1.1

    please try it with newest version of WP and Jigoshop (don’t forget to backup first!) – it should solve your issue. In case it would still occur – let me know with full Jigoshop system info via [email protected]

    i thought you might say that, we’re loathed to update as jigoshop has caused a few problems when we’ve updated things before but will give it a go anyway and let you know how we get on.

    in case of issues when upgrading – check if it’s not your theme having jigoshop directory with outdated files. try removing/upgrading them to current scheme (files under jigoshop/templates directory)
