Adding the default stuff to single post view

Hi all, take a look at

As you can see, the comments window is a popup that works independently, because I dont want there to have to be a big long loading thing for every time people click a story
However I do want for there to be the standard “trackback” thing that we see in the kubrick theme as well as a link to commenting in the post bit.Anyone know how to do this?
