Adding the custom html form to the woocommerce subscription plugin

I need help with integrating my custom coded html form to be used with woocommerce subscription plugin to collect and manage the data after submission. Such as we have coupon system on our form where we give certain discount if the coupon is matched with our coupons table and pass the net amount to the razorpay for the payment. after payment we collect the data in a sql table. But this data only accessible through mysql. We want to setup a system like woocommerce subscription where we like to generate invoice and see the user data on the dashboard. So to avoid giving access to the mysql.
