Adding textboxes or checkbox not showing in email

FAQ > Nothing shows up in the email, even after adding a tag to the form! How can I include a new field’s input in the email?

I have done this already!

I follow exactly the instructions and nothing happens.

I do have the name, email, subject line, and message OK. Those come fine in the email but none of the added fields.

Any other idea what can be wrong?

OK, got it! duh!!!

I was adding the tags ONLY on the left side where it says: “Additional Headers”

I didn’t know you have to had them as well in the “actual” email form on the RIGHT.
