Adding text to the end of post titles and slugs automatically?

Is there a way to automatically add text to the end of post titles and slugs. For example if I make a post titled “WordPress” the default slug will be “wordpress”. What I want to do is make the title automatically change to “WordPress Custom Text” and slug to “wordpress-custom-text” for the title and slug. I want to do this on all posts
