Adding Text to Category Pages

    Looking to get some help with adding ideally an editable text box on the category page. I currently am just using the “category description” but I need to be able to a hyperlink to a “read more” text that links to another page. Also want to be able to change the background color to make it stand out more.

    Thoughts on how to achieve this?

    Hey @emibean417!

    If you are looking for an option that doesn’t involve coding, I would look for a ‘custom category page’ plugin or try doing something like this with redirects.

    If you want to code this, I would suggest doing so with a template override (like is discussed here).
