    I think you’ll need to override the template file to do that. We have a guide to overriding our templates here:

    https://wpjobmanager.com/document/template-overrides/

    The file to override is: wp-job-manager/templates/job-application.php.

    Instead of calling do_action(), you could just output some HTML with the text you want instead.
