adding text below parallax slider and login button below social icons

I am trying to add a bbpress login/sign up button to the top of my page below my social icons so that it will show up on all of my pages and is easy to access. However, I can’t seem to find a way to do it. I’m looking for something like the quickbooks online home page.

I am also looking to add text below the parallax slider and above the content boxes. It will end up being large text with a couple of links. I don’t want the box to be the same grey as my parallax slider. I would like it to be white or dark grey.
