• So far I have been able to set up a league, add teams and matches without any issues. I started to use ProjectManager so that I could add members of our league and from there go on to create team rosters for the teams.

I was able to import 86 members into the project “Members” which is a complete list of all members in our club. From there I went to try to add the roster for teams and then realized that I need to create individual projects for each team roster.

I was wondering if there was any way to have a Label for a Form Field be used instead of a Project. The way I have it set up in the project Members, it lists their name as the dataset’s Name. I then added Team, Email, Phone, Past Teams and Past Leagues. This results with a player’s dataset looking like:

    John Smith | Team Smith | [email protected] | 555-555-5555 | Team | Johnson, Team Matthews | 2013, 2014, 2015

    | represents different fields

I plan on keeping the Members Project up to date with individual’s information and would be extremely easy to just change the Team field for each season as opposed to pretty much duplicating each dataset/member into two different projects.

You can use the categories in ProjectManager to divide your player into different teams. Actually, this is the best way to go

I am planning to make it easier to setup team roster in future releases, which most likely will be with the above setup
