Adding tags to contact feeds

    I’m looking for a way to add tags to contacts that are filling out forms on my website: KeepingPACEinTexas.org/volunteer

    I need the “County” custom field to be added as a tag to the contact automatically using a feed to our CC account, but I’m not seeing that option. Currently I can only feed into certain lists. As there are 254 counties in Texas, I don’t want to have to make 254 lists in CC and also 254 feeds into CC, that’s a lot of work that I wouldn’t be getting paid for.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!
