Adding Tags Probelm in WordPress Version 3

    I just upgraded today from version 2.8.6 to version 3.0
    All went perfect but adding tags in the post having problem.
    When i add tags in post its added, but when i publish the post the tags are removed automatically
    Only the tags left are those which are made by auto tag plugin…
