adding tabs in Pressrow

I’m trying to add a new tab to the top of my PressRow theme. I’ve created and uploaded a new page template for the page I want to add, and the new template shows up in WordPress but when I choose that template the page I’m assigning it to doesn’t show up in my top bar nav. I’m sure I’ve skipped a step somewhere, but I don’t know what that step is. Is there some extra code I need to add to the page template for it to show up in my top bar nav? Here is the code I’m using:
