Adding Tabbed area to comments section

I’ve managed to get the DomTabs working on the comments section, however I’m using the DISQUS comment system, and it just won’t load on my tabs. Does anyone know why that’s happening. Is there a reason why they won’t load on tabs? Or do you guys know if there’s a certain way to call the Disqus comments system?

At the moment I’m basically calling the comments thru the single.php page using this commend: <?php comments_template(); ?>

Any insight into this would be very much appreciated if anyone has any ideas.
