Adding subtitle to hestia blog

Hello, I was wondering if it’s possible to somehow add a subheading to my blog? I’d like the title of the blog to appear on the first line in larger letters, and a subheading below it with a short description about the blog. It seems like it pulls in page title and that’s it. I can’t style it.
