adding subheaders to menu? (simple answer) or having multiple menus on pages

    Hello is there a way to have multiple menus on multiples pages? or possibly subheaders within the menu? as i need multiple menus (e.g. lunch menu, evening menu)and then I need sections within these menus (e.g. side dishes, appetisers, drinks).

    The two ways i thought of doing this were to either add sub headers to the existing one page menu or to have different pages for the lunch menu, evening menu, christmas menu etc. and then have the categories of each menu as starter, main, dessert etc.

    can you help me?
