Adding Staff Members doesn’t work

  • Hello, I have a Problem with adding Staff and Managers with the “WCFM – WooCommerce Frontend Manager – Groups & Staffs” Plugin.
    If I want to add a Staff Member to the Store the Site only refreshes and nothing happens, I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong, if I’m supposed to enter the data of an already registered user or from a new one (the documentation is not that clear) but clearly something is going wrong.
    Does someone maybe already had this error or knows how I could fix it?

    Hello,
    I have already created 2 support tickets in my account and to date I receive no response in any way. I have problems with the WooCommerce Frontend Manager – Group & Staff plugin, I can’t create managers or staff members, because the page stays blank. I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugins and the problem persists. Please I need your help as soon as possible. Thank you.
