Adding specific text to translate for WooCommerce eMails

Hello,

I spent a lot of time to figure out how to translate eMails in different languages for WooCommerce.

We use Polylang for the translations and I manually changed the eMail Templates so the Design fits us. I also added specific text we need to the templates in the correct way so it is translateable, but I cannot figure out how to have the specific text also in other languages. I checked with Polylang and they told me to use your plugin but somehow I cannot figure out how it works.

I create language files for english and german in my theme as a .po file I added the text I used in the templates and the translations in the german files.

Most of them show up in the Loco WP Backend but for some reason not all of them. Also when I make an order in German I don’t get the emails with the correct translations.

I checked google and the help you give but it does not really tell anywhere how to add new strings with text and how to do it correct for the emails.

So it would be very nice if you could give me some advice on this. Thanks a lot.
