Adding speaker icon to audio links

Hi all,

Anyone have any ideas on adding a speaker icon to the audio links that are uploaded – short of hard coding each post with an html img tag I mean.
Is there a core file that the image could be added to and when the audio is attached it would appear as part of the link?
