Adding some missing translations

Hi,

I’ve found some missing words in the localization and fixed them:

On line 782:
echo '<input type="button" class="button-secondary yourls-api" id="yourls-get" type="text" name="yourls-get" value=" '. __('Get YOURLS', 'wpyourls') . '" tabindex="502" />';

and on line 1045:
<p><?php _e('Talk to', 'wpyourls'); ?> <a href="https://twitter.com/norcross" target="_blank">@norcross</a> <?php _e('on twitter or visit the', 'wpyourls'); ?>

Id would be nice, if you could put it in an new version. ??
