Adding social sharing buttons

    There is no reason you can’t do any of the following:

    use a plugin that filters the_content() ( Usually the ones that add the content automatically will do this, they may or may not have options for custom post types, if they don’t there is not a whole lot for that option )

    Or you could create custom templates with the social media code.

    Thanks Ben, sorry I’m not really following you with this. I’ve been using plugin (Social Essentials) that does this automatically for pages and posts.

    I’m not sure that I have the knowledge to create a template – is there somewhere you could point me for more info? or a certain plugin that you know of that would do what you suggested?
