Adding social icons to right of menu

I want to remove the space above my header, and add the social icons beside the menu items flush right. Can it be done? I am using the Attitude theme, using a child theme, which I love. If anyone can help, I would be very appreciative! Site is: rizzo4taxreceiver.com
