Adding site title in a page

    Ok so this may be a basic feature but I am relatively new to WP, so go easy on me. I would like to be able to add to my pages standard text such as

    site title
    tagline
    Site Address
    Email Address

    I hopped you could add something like this in the Page editor:

    [WP-Site-Title]

    It would be even better if I could set up my own Variables such as
    MYAddress = “blah de blah” and include in the page:

    [MYAddress]

    and when the page is displayed “blah de blah” would be show. Does WP have this already? Am I missing a fundamental feature. Hope someone out there can help.
