Adding “Simple Video Embedder” to the theme

I need to add “Simple Video Embedder” to the theme “Work Place”. According to the FAQ I need to do this:
“Add the p75GetVideo(int $postID) to your theme.”But how? What is the complete code that needs to be inserted into “single.php”?
