    Hello there,

    When writing a reply to the support ticket, can an automatic post always be added to the end of the answer?

    Example:

    Helo, (auto)

    Bla. bla..

    Regards. (auto)

    Hi @dgenc,

    You can use template tags to insert content into the emails that you define under Tickets -> Settings -> Emails.

    If you are after custom signatures for each individual agent, that is not possible in the core plugin I’m afraid. Solutions are available via our website
