Adding sidebars to dropdown that I created in my functions.php

    No, Simple sidebars only shows sidebars created in the SS admin screen.

    Any plans to improve this? Otherwise I can’t see myself using this. Thank You.

    Any plans to improve this?

    We don’t have any plans to add sidebars created outside the plugin. In most instances those are created for specific locations on the site.
