    Hi,

I read all the documentation and I am struggling with adding the shortcodes. Am I supposed to change the code to coincide with my GMB code?

If I just add shortcode to the WP page, nothing shows up. If I add the shortcode after the GMB code it doesn’t change the layout.
Also, I can’t add the shortcode in the Demo page, it’s blocked. I know this is probably simple, but I just don’t see how to change the layout. Please help. Thanks!

@keirasurf The first shortcode isn’t part of this plugin. The suggested page shows other content such as the We’re Open! Shortcode.

Have you tried inserting these Shortcodes into plain text, a Shortcode block, or similar? The Shortcode should appear as the HTML output rather than the brackets with its content.

@keirasurf I found the issue with the We’re Open! Shortcode you have – did you copy this from the Demo website?

    <pre class="wp-block-preformatted shortcode"><span class="enclosure">[</span><span class="name">open</span><span class="enclosure">]</span></pre>

Please ensure all Shortcodes are not broken up by HTML tags (e.g. <span>), for example this plugin would use this in plain text:

    [reviews_rating theme="columns two" summary=false limit=2 excerpt=120]
