Adding Shortcode to page

  • I am having a problem with the shortcode for a plugin that I am trying to add to a page. If I use preview changes then everything looks fine. However, when I go to the page from the website itself I am getting a 404 error code. I’ve used shortcodes before and this should be very simple. Any ideas what I am doing wrong?
