Adding Shortcode to Out of Stock

I see this has been requested in the past, but the posts have received little love from the devs so I figured I would try again. It would be great if users could input a shortcode in the “Out of Stock” box. For instance, when a product is out of stock, I would love to put [ninja_forms id=7] into the content box so that I display a waitlist form for customers. Any chance this could be implemented?
