Adding Shortcode creates error on update

The Starbox plugin is working correctly when I let it display by default. But I want it to appear above the comments, so when I add the shortcode where I want it and then click the Update button I get an error.
We are using the Enfold theme if that makes a difference. There is a special element for adding in shortcodes, and I have used it on the site for adding in shortcodes from other plugins with no problem.
