Adding "Share this:" or similar above buttons

Hi,
i would like to add somethink like “Share this” (or in German “Weiterempfehlen”) above the buttons. Then I would also style it a bit with some CSS using my child theme.
It should look a bit like on wordpress.com, e.g. like it is here https://woocommerce.wordpress.com/2015/08/20/woocommerce-2-4-5-fix-release-available/ (“Share this”) or here https://weddingweiser.wordpress.com/2015/08/20/afrikanisches-viertel-geschichtsstunde-mit-smartphone/ (“Teilen Sie dies mit:”)
The CSS is not so much of a problem. But is there a way on how to add the “share this” text? Maybe a filter I can hook into?
Actually I think that this should even be a plugin setting like
Title: “Text above share buttons” (by default empty)
Description “Here you can add some text like ‘Share this’ that will be shown above the share buttons”.This text should be wrapped in some div with a css class to enable styling. If text is empty then it is now shown, that is it stays as it is.
