Adding “Select Currency” to drop down.

    Hi there, Great plugin, working great on my site.

    I just want to add a “Select Currency” to the currency dropdown created by shortcode [woocs].

    For example: “Select Currency” -> “USD”-> “EURO”.

    Will appreciate If a get an easy solution for this.
